Start of a New Year

 

"What should I paint?"

I'm gearing up for the 30 day Challenge, Starting January 1st!

 I love doing these challenges, because they keep me painting,
 motivated, challenged, learning,
and I get to meet so many nice artist along the journey. 

I suppose I should take down our Christmas tree and put away the decorations first,

... naw..... that can wait :) haha..... I will get that done next week! :) 

 But Christmas will always, forever stay in my heart year round  :)

My First Art Show!

My first art show!!  30 artist, 30 works of art, 30 days, 30 dollars... !!! 900 PAINTINGS!!! all 6x6 canvas boards.  The bell rang at 4:05pm  and the rush was on!! people pulling pictures as fast as they could!  within 20 minutes 16 of mine were gone!!!!!! I don't know the final count yet, will find out tuesday.. BUT, BOY HOWDY!!!! this was exciting!!!!!!! can't wait till next year  :)
